Choose genomic regions or upload a FASTA sequence by clicking on the “Upload a FASTA file” button. The sequence can be visualized in the UCSC Genome Browser. A BED file with the genomic regions is available for download.

http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/das/hg19/dna?segment=chr1:100000,200000 returns the reference genome sequence in the fasta format. To get data in many formats use the UCSC Table Browser then select the output format of your choice which can be downloaded from: https://github.com/lh3/seqtk
